About a year ago I was really into weight lifting for a while, I weighed 185 punds and could bench press 210 pounds. I could curl 130 and I pretty much felt the best I ever had. However, because of school, jobs, girls, and all the other things that also started consuming my life, I slowly started to lose interest in weight lifting. Now I am 17 and ready to start up again. I weigh 189 pounds now and can only bench about 150 and curl about 90. I havn't lifted in awhile so I am pretty rusty, I also lost a lot of muscle. I never took supplements before but this time around I want to because one of the things that made me lose interest was being stuck at benching 210. I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions as to the best and safest supplement for me to take. Also prediction how long long you think it'll take for me to reach my old peek and exceed it. thanks.

i would suggest working up gradually with the lifting but not start the supplements at this point. you might consider increasing protein and reducing carbos in your diet but i would avoid supplements unless you have worked on getting your diet right first.
