Working with BANK as 'Customer Care Executive' will be more interesting, than working with Call Centre. You may pursue Post Graduation or Company Secretary or Chartered account, what ever interest you the most, if you are career conscious.

Good Luck !!

If your intention is to get into a call centre, why bother pursuing postgraduation? You might as well join a course to improve your spoken English (language normally used in call centres) and brush up your computer knowledge!

Most call centres give their own exams(entrance) and train their own people with very direct strict training.

Look for their advertisements.

I do not believe there is Postgraduate degree or any such thing.
