I believe that Providone Iodine is designed for topical skin disinfectant use. Diluting it for kitchen disinfectant would not give a strong enough solution to do much good. If the iodine is your only disinfectant, I would use a 1 part iodine to 1 part water solution, and rinse thoroughly in clean water.

Chlorine bleach is a highly effective and very concentrated disinfectant for kitchen, bath, and laundry use, and is very inexpensive. Dilution is generally 1 part bleach to 3 parts water for a strong solution. Use less bleach if the job is not so dirty.

I have no idea what Lodo is, but a couple of tablespoons of bleach in a sink of hot sudsy water works perfect for disinfecting ever thing.
