I don't want to disappoint you and tell you what you don't want to hear but, really, please don't throw up to make yourself skinny, just like almost everybody else said, it's not worth it. You will feel SOOO much better about yourself if you just exercise and eat healthy, thats what I started doing just a week ago and it's helping me, it gives you a sense of pride, to be able to say, I worked hard to get this way and I'm proud of myself. It's not that hard really, it's just a habit that you have to get into. Throwing up is not the habit you want. You may be looking for a fast way to get skinny, but really, throwing up is NOT the answer. Neither is that grapefruit diet, those two things are horrible to do. Thats just a "fad" diet that does more harm than good. It makes you gain all that weight back as soon as you stop or after a couple of months trying it. Just eat healthy, the right sorts of foods, and go walking or go to the gym or start out waking and then make your way up to running, this is excellent for your body and you'll lose alot of weight. My mom is a nutrionist so if you want some tips e-mail me and I would be more than happy to help you out, even if you just need someone to talk to. It sometimes helps to talk to someone you don't know because you have no emotional attachment so you can say whatever you want. Sorry if this was a long winded answer and probably not the one you wanted but I just want to help. My best friend is pretty much dying from her eating disorders and it's really painful to just sit back and be able to do nothing about it because the person is too blinded to see the right thing to do. Okay, throw up now. Keep doing it. In fact, make yourself severely underweight. Then go on to not have periods. And destroy your gallbladder so you'll need surgery to remove it after a series of painful tests to confirm a diagnosis. Also, run the risk of heart failiure with any minor exertion. Scar up your esophogus from all the stomach acid. Have your teeth wear down from the acid as well, then fall out due to malnutrition. This is a great idea.
Obviously, I'm being sarcastic. Do not get into a pattern that you can't quickly get out of. And puking does not make you thin. It just destroys your body.

Don't do it honey. I studied and taught ballet and when I was young, I used to think that I had to be a twig. I used to make myself throw up on occasion and I suffered with anorexia as well. It can be difficult to make yourself throw up. It will ruin your esophagus and your teeth and it will not help you feel better about yourself.
Diet and exercise is the best way to make yourself feel better about the way you look.
I'm not saying it's bad or that you're bad. I know it's difficult to be unhappy with your weight. Also remember that you are young and you're probably still growing. You may just grow out of this. But no matter what, you are a beautiful young lady. Don't think otherwise and please don't hurt yourself. It's not worth it.

well i am overweight too but i am on a diet its a grapefruit diet you dont eat carbs for 12 days and then for 2 days you can have carbs then back on the diet for 12 days and so on you can lose 52 pounds in 2 and half months you cant have any white vegtables or celery you have a glass of grape fruit juice with breakfast and lunch and dinner but if you want to throw up then who am i to stop you

I assume that you want to loose weight to feel better about your self. so go ahead. let your teeth rot from all the gastric acids not to mention that eventually you wont be able to stop. who wants a toothles, pucky skinny *****. The most rewarding way to loose weight is diet and exercise. you really need to seek counciling.

go see a therapist right away. then get some help from a nutritionist if you want to loose some weight.
sorry its not the answer you want, but an eating disorder can kill you. yes throwing up can kill you and give permanent damage to you esophagus. give yourself a break!!!

I used to do that a few times, but its not even worth it because you feel like crap, its gross, and its hard to do. YUCK man
