LOL! A Hobby is chronic.... something that occurs repeatedly. An activity is something that you may do only once. An interest depends on how long you are interest... but I'd say an interest could be anything from view or admiring an activity or hobby to fully participating.

A hobby is something you enjoy doing on a regular basis. An activity is something you do whether you like it or not, whenever, and for whatever reason (i.e. my students do classroom activities - they may not like them or want to do them, but they do) - Also, a hobby is usually done in your spare time

hobby is something you do to spare your free time, like a sport (tennis, basketball etc), playing games
activity is something you do, but not for your pleasure. it's something educational. (learning something optional)
interests: i don't know what you reffer to, i mean you can be interested in music, cinema etc
