Thanks but I have read the instructions manny times and all it said was (to import videos to your sandisk sansa, open the sansa media converter on the computer to upload photo and video files) that still doesint tell me. ?

I have a e260 and I could put movies/tv shows on it. first the file (movie) should be on your pc, then open the sansa media converter. click add media and find the file you want to upload. then click convert and wait for it to convert and transfer.
