OMG! Get this, I had a chance to fly with a co-worker to Frisco in a little twin engine job. We had to be gone by 5 am. I was soo tired I pounded a pot of coffee. I peed just before getting on the plane but we had barely left the ground when I had to go again. 4 1/2 hours later, I thought I was going to explode. Never have I been so miserable. The plane was still taxing by the terminal when I threw the door open. Pilot freaked but slammed on the breaks for me. As I ran into the little terminal. the lady at the desk was standing up, pointing at the bathroom. LOL I must have looked a sight.

First of all Eva, unless you are refering to your urethral sphincter (an often overlooked part of the anatomy), your sphincter is a part of your bum and does not have anything to do with holding your pee.
Second of all, never hold your pee if you can help it, you'll end up with a UTI.
Thirdly, yes, I have. I made the mistake of getting into my brother's friend's car to go get party supplies after drinking a one litre bottle of water. The boy drives like a maniac. He's lucky his seats didn't get a golden shower. By the time we pulled into the parking lot I thought I was going to bust. I barely made it into the store.

I'm a limo driver which means I have to get "used" to public restrooms. It's usually not a problem because there are plenty of MacDonald's and Burger Kings to go to. I'm a female so I can't just go behind a tree. One time I was in this ritzy neighborhood with no store or hamburger joint within miles. My pick-up was in 10 min. and I seriously contemplated going to the back of the car and using a cup I had with me. The car is a stretch with very dark tinted windows so it would be discreet. I decided that would be just too weird so I called my client and told them I would be 5-10 minutes late to go find a bathroom. They were nice enough to tell me to come on in and use theirs. The house was like a palace! Marble and gold everywhere. It's not considered etiquette to go inside a clients home but what was I supposed to do?

pee-ing is natural, as long as you dont pee on publicly owned property or on someoones car tire i think any tree or shrub would be glad to invite you.
You should also ask the question about people with prostrate problems. Lol, there too shrubs and trees are open to the public and readily available. oh, wait! you should ask whether it is a male or female. Females definitely have a little more difficulty, that is if they CARE about privacy.
