if you explore well enough you will find it evenually i've found some at level 4 now im at level 6 i've already got dwarf armour cuase i found it in a marauders cavern near anvil

Elven aromour begins to appear at level 12. The best place to find armour early is Rockmilk cave, which is south of bravil.

Check the audio/video cables to see if they work properly. Xboxs are notorious for having their Audio/Video cables break down faster than the PS3. If you have an HDMi cable, use that instead (works just as better than the Audio/video cable). If neither are working, check to see if it is just television. Just extra advice, jiggle the video cable a little until something pops up. On my old television, I used to put a napkin behind it to keep the video up. At the same time, it was an old television with the a/v connectors on the side. I don't know where your television releases heat from, but avoid the napkin method if the a/v connectors are near a heat source around the TV.

You can either become a higher level and buy it, or you could find it while searching caves and fallen bandits.

You will be able to purchase it ... if you have enough money, or get it from fallen bandits.
