remember a movie I saw way back. Probably 1995-1996. I saw this movie on a pay channel like HBO or Showtime:
So here gows, Im looking for a title:
It takes place on a long-distance space transport.
All the cooling systems fail and the heat continues to rise and rise.
It stars a few dwarves(midgets) who are repair men on this starship, and the only ones who can climb through the small ducts.
I can't remember the title, someone help!

I think you want the movie 'Lifepod' with Ron Silver and Robert Loggia. It is a SciFi take on 'Lifeboat' by Alfred Hitchcock. It was produce for Showtime in 1993.
