Are there any libraries that specificaly cater GLBT books, and if so, where?

I'm sure a GLBT library doesn't get government funding, but is there even such a library to begin with? If so where, and do you need to pay a membership fee? Thanks in advance.

A lot of Gay Community Centers offer lending libraries or reading rooms. Check the nearest major metropolitan area.
