if you have been suspended from university?

for one semester because they think you have cheated with someones else work [UK]

can you begin a new semester in another univerity...will they allow you or can you begin another subject?

If you were only suspended for one semester you should probably just stick it out. Any new university would ask for your transcripts. You were accused of plagiarism, there are different levels of that. The university may expunge your record after the semester which means it will erase everything. Find out.
