won't be obvious at first. But little changes will occur. the line of hair, if she doesn't wax or shave it, just below the belly button may get darker, her aereolas will get larger, she'll be real moody, won't get her period, may get dizzy spells, nausious, loss of or increase in appetite...
But why don't you just ask her?
Just understand, it is her choice as to whether or not to keep it. And don't pressure her in either direction.

Asking is the sure way to know (at least for now). Or, you can wait a couple of months and find out. ;-)
But seriously, I suggest you sit down and have a heart-to-heart with her. This is too important to just let it hang.

UH ASK HER! lol. No offense here but unless she's getting rounder in the belly area and she's not a big girl to begin with she might be. But otherwise unless you know WHEN she has her cycle, that'd be a clue. But just ask her.

Take her to see the doctor. There, they will be able to give you more accurate results than the at home tests.

Don't you trust her to be honest with you? If you don't, go to the doctor with her and they will be. Either way I'd re-examine this relationship if I were you. If you don't have trust you don't have anything.

You won't unless she tells you, or if you can't trust her word, visit to a maternity clinique should clear that.

Her stomach gets rather large....almost as if she was carrying a baby in there or something...
