My body builds muscle really fast, and im a girl. I need to find a way to get rid of it cuz it makes me look kinda big, even though im like supposed to be tiny. Does anyone know how long it takes for muscle to dissapear? Are there any ways to speed it up??

I know it's muscle because it's everywhere; I have crazy abs, big arm muscles, the inny hole thing that runs down ur back, I even have the damn muscles on my hands. Also, when I tense them, there's no fat to flab around. So it's muscle. My legs have the most, and I guess that's from the cross-country I did. But that sport's only for like, 2 months, and the muscle doesn't go away during the rest of the year.

Muscle will atrophy (eat itself) if its not being used. You must do a lot of exercise or hard work, maybe swimming? Are you sure that its muscle that you have too much of? In any case every body is a little different and there is no point in trying to be someone else.

Just be as healthy as you can and be happy with that and be confident with that. Happy, healthy and confident is way more sexy than anything else.

Not all exercise will build big muscles. Do some cardio style workouts (running, cycling, etc) and you can lose weight.

You don't want to get rid of lean muscle, because it's very good for you to have. It burns a ton of calories, keeping you in shape, and is better to have on your body than fat.
As for the bulkiness, I hear you. I have the same problem. Try doing Pilates. What it does is lengthens your muscles and figure, without reducing lean muscle mass.
