I think you should start this question A little differently "should I cheat on my wife with my mother-in-law" I believe this will give you a automatic answer. This will be as bad as it can get. Her mother will always be in Her life and the memory will be heart wrenching. I ask yourself why are you thinking about cheating on your wife. Did you not take a vow to love ,honor her and how will cheating help you fulfill this promise

First of, don't cheat on your wife with her mother. It is a common fantasy to like the mother. You see your wife in her. Remember your wedding vowels? Forget those thoughts and never, never tell your poor wife about this. She doesn't deserve this. Rekindle the romance with your wife. Go out, go to dinner, have a candle light dinner at home.

I'm amazed you both can look her in the face and not feel guilty. ok well i'm stunned but do what you think ios right but if i were you i would so not tell her because that will really f u k up everythin with the girl thats too much for her to handle ESPECIALLY cuz its her mother, so what i would do is leave her and get someone else with an ugly mom but try to forget about this girl and her mom!!!! once your gone you don have to worry bout tellin her nothin when you look at her cuz you wont be there! on the other hand shell have to see her daughter every day and her concious will get her and you will just walk away without sayin anything!!! just do thatt!!!!! good luck!!

A think about the damage that can do, First is her father still around, 2nd do you guys have kids,if you answered yes to these then I would say no.
If no and you want to be with mom then go for it.
