Sally Hensen makes baby eyebrow wax strips, they work wonders. (they really only work on your eye brows even though they do make bigger ones for legs & bikini lines). That will take care of majority then just plug the last few stragglers.

She's right, practice does make perfect when it comes to eyebrow shaping. You wont really learn how to do it yourself if you get it professionally done all the time. Do that only for emergencies or like special occasions. If you really want to know how to do it yourself, practice (when you can afford to of course). Some of Sally Hensen's wax strips do come with shaped eyebrows that you just stick on and remove the excess. Also, as you may already know, waxing rather then just tweezing gets he job done better.

Okay i go to the salon to get mine done every 2 weeks or so and what i have learned is that when they wax the don't put it on the hair or even close to it the bottom line of the wax is right at the top of your hair but the rest is way above, also to even it out the wax in between and instead of using tweezers they use little scissors to cut the extra hair standing out, now when i can't make it to the salon i take a little Vaseline just a little and rub over o slick them down and they look as if they have been done u can do this for about a week if u can't make it.

you should make markings using an eyebrow pencil on your eyebrows to know where to tweeze. use a pencil and hold it from the end of ur nostril (not the inside but the outside edge), and angle it against the outside edge of ur eye and make a mark where it touches ur eyebrow. this is where your eyebrow should end. do the same for both eyebrows.then hold the pencil to your nostril again and keep it straight with the inside crease of ur eye and up to ur eyebrow and this is where it should start, so tweeze any hairs outside this mark. finally, hold a pencil to your nostril and angle it so it goes directly above the middle of ur iris and make a mark where it touches your eyebrow. this should be the highest point of the arch in your eyebrow so gradually tweeze up to that point and then go downwards. just remember, dont go crazy with the tweezers or you could look like a clown. simpler is better and just keep them cleanly done. good luck :))

They have eyebrow shapers where its like a cutout of what a natural eyebrow would be then you draw it out and you can pluck or shave the excess hairs aways...but if you want them done correctly, seek proffesional help. If you dont and want to learn yourself, practice practice practice!! Your first few times might not be like you want...but you eventually get the hang of how you want YOUR eyebrows to be!
