Reply as soon as you can and establish if there is a closing date for applicants. Usually HR deal with these enquiries. Just let them know you are calling about the vacant position advertised and that you would like some more information about the job and an application form. Remember your P's and Q's and you will be fine. Good Luck

Your address and phone number in top right hand corner. Next, and to the left margin, the date, and under that the name and address where you'll be sending your application. Several lines below that, write the title of the job for which you're applying, plus a reference number if given. Then start your resume, name, date of birth, qualification experience etc

Apply as soon as possible as this will give you more time to make your application as good as it can be. It is imporant to spend time planning the application- don't just write straight onto the form without thinking about it first. You can photocopy the form and write it out in rough first.
HR will have a deadline for applications so remember to check that, don't hand it in late!

as an employer myself, I would say, straight away, don't hang about, as soon as you get your CV in, they've got you in thier head, and they will decide to meet you for a first interview when they see your CV.
All the others applying will be second in thier thoughts.
Apply now!
