Reply as soon as you can and establish if there is a closing date for applicants. Usually HR deal with these enquiries. Just let them know you are calling about the vacant position advertised and that you would like some more information about the job and an application form. Several lines below that, write the title of the job for which you're applying, plus a reference number if given. Then start your resume, name, date of birth, qualification experience etc
