20 year old Moses Kipsiro won the African 10,000m Championships this year and looks ready to challenge training partner and close friend Boniface Kiprop as the top Ugandan distance runner. Recent Cross Country wins in RATP and Cross Sud Ouest indicate Moses will be a name to watch in 2007.
