some peoploe are more sensative then others. I have two daughters one gets hurt at the drop of a hat and the other seems not to care either way. her only feeling is anger. People are just made up diffrently its not because youre a cry baby or my daughters a cry baby you just have a softer heart. And my other daughter is just tougher in the heart area.

Because of expectations they put on others....Depends on the situation..It could be because of the decisions you make where you would put yourself in a position to get hurt or sometimes it's situations you can't help, because you can't control other people's actions.
But if your heart has been shattered and you need someone to put the pieces of your heart back together, then turn to Jesus Christ, He is faithful to heal the broken hearted and put the pieces of their heart back together. Put all of your Trust in Him and you will come to realize the Love that He has for you, and the many things that you(me as well) have done that has hurt Him. But yet He still chooses to love us with no strings attached.

I know where ur coming from. Ur probably a people pleaser who gets disappointed when someone lets you down. People don't know how u feel unless you tell them-speak up and you'll feel better. if you don't it could lead to anxiety and panic disorders and even depression. Dont worry about how they will take what ur saying, if u explain clearly and concisely everything will b ok. Good luck.
