In a lot of cases you can actually use Google Translations to view blocked sites, it uses the "x-forwarded for" headers which bypass typical ip and nameserver filters.

Another good site is www.atunnel.com it's the same as vtunnel.com. With that site you enter in the address of the site and it acts as a proxy.

You can try and use a proxy server, go to google and do a search for a proxy server or go to one of those sites that show you top proxy sites.

You could use Mozilla firefox. It's a free internet program you can download through google.
