I had my HCG levels tested at 14 days past ovulation and my progesterone was at 20 (really good) and my beta HCG levels were at 66.3. I am going to have additional bloodwork done on Monday to ensure that they are doubling/tripling as they should.

My nurse said that they usually like to see HCG levels at at least 100 at this point in the pg, but that everything is most likely okay. Did anyone have HCG levels at around 66.3 at 4 weeks pregnant and the pg was viable and healthy?

I had a miscarriage at 12 weeks in March so I'm a little paranoid with this pregnancy. Thanks for taking the time!

I wouldn't worry, my last pregnancy I had my blood tested at 17 dpo and my level was only 273. I had a full-term healthy baby girl.

I just found out I am pregnant again. This time I had my blood tested at 18 dpo and my level is 347. I went this morning to have it retested, so I won't know my results until Monday. However, I am very optimistic.

I had a miscarriage my first pregnancy. My OB did a biopsy of my uterus lining and found it didn't get thick enough to sustain a pregnancy, so he put me on Prometrium (progesterone) 200 mg/day, to help me prevent future miscarriages. As I stated, I have one healthy baby girl already. I take the Prometrium from day 16 while ttc, until the end of my cycle, or until the end of my first trimester when pregnant. Maybe this could be a little added insurance for you. I have also read about a women who received hcg injections while pregnant to prevent a miscarriage.

Best wishes to you for a healthy pregnancy and baby!!

HCG of 66.3 is great for 14dpo. What you want to see is a doubling in about 2 days.

14dpo normal levels for a viable pregnancy are anywhere from about 17-116 for a singleton. I am searching now for my reference and I will edit my reply so you can look at the chart:-)

I added the chart for singleton. These charts are updated by women who are pregnant and have a beta test done.

Good Luck! Sending you tons of ((((((HUGS))))) Wishing you a happy healthy 9 months and beyond!

Every woman is different, and produces the HCG hormone at different rates. My mom couldnt even trip a urine test until she was nearly 3 months pregnant with me.

I honestly wouldnt worry about it. You can try a urine test over the weekend, so long as its still got a positive result then you've got nothing to worry about.

mine were about the same the nurse had me worried too she said most of the time they are higher by now maybe you are not as far as you suspect but i am and i am almost through the third month I was scared too but as long as they double as mine did you should be ok they tested me until I looked like a pin cushion they got reallly high and I was relieved sometimes it just takes a little time for the initial hormones to kick in it took me forever to get the positive result and I knew I was preg good luck
