The worst thing you can do is pack on the make up! That will honestly make it look worse. There are special creams you can buy through Mary Kay and even at walmart that will do the trick, but the best way is to treat the circles by placing warm chamomile (sp.) tea bags over your eyes every evening for 20 minutes or so, this will reduce the darkness so there is less to conceal!

Not to cover but to treat. Try the eye cream from Arbonne it is phenominal and will also take care of the dark patches that also come with the bags I am Italian and had dark bags! I

Buy a good concealer! Origins has a nice one but it's sort of pricey.

Here is another great tip --- put spoons in the freezer before you go to bed. Place the spoons backwards on your eyes in the morning to help with puffiness. It's not messy so you can apply makeup right away. (plus it's cheap!!)

Yellow cover up is the tip. The yellow helps hide dark colors and also diffuses red spots.

Preparation H (the hemorrhoid aid) will take the puffiness away.

I am not sure about cover up, But I know that preperation H helps with this.
Sounds funny - I know, but it is proven to work.
