The bsod may be caused by corrupt windows, solve that format the drive on which u have installed windows (usually C:) and re-install it again. It may also be caused by a RAM Problem. Switch RAM slots on motherboard and chech ur RAM. if possible, then check it on a different computer. i think ur problem is basically hardware based

what version of windows are you running? It usually happens because of dll versioning problems. For example you installed a program that needs a specific version of a dll and then installed another program that upgraded the dll without proper versioning. This was more of a problem in older versions of windows. It can also come about from other problem, but dll problems are most common. After you reformatted c and reinstalled everything, did you only re-install windows, or did you install other programs?

What OS are you using and what are you doing when you get the Blue Screen? There is a chance, I had this happen, that you have a card in your computer that doesn't have the correct chips. I had to have them send me a new graphics card on a computer running ME because the one that came in it was to slow to shut down and clear everything out.

It also might be a hardware problem. Have you installed any new cards (aka network cards, modems, memory, etc?) Sometimes hardware that is incompatible with your motherboard will give you a blue screen regardless of what you do to windows.

The blue screen of death ALWAYS means that you have to completely reinstall windows from the disc. Reformatting your C: is just a little part of it.

hello!
you must be clever enough to understand the status message is BSOD in windows 2000 or xp or later
if it says: fault_nonpaged area -- it means either I/O or RAM
if it says a filename : id435f.sys like things its a software problem
for the first one oprn your PC, disconnect all cables battery and now clean dust accumulated in them using air pump and then reconnect all one by one
for the second case note the file name, and analyze when it happens on opening which applications etc.. then you become the genius
hope you could try that
