i just had a shower and now i have like really bad pains in my back they feel like period pains but my period isnt due till next thursday so why did theese start after i got out of the shower?

Maybe your cycle is coming a week early it happens and a hot shower can set that off

It's more than likely your ovaries just releasing eggs, which is normal.
If the pain persists or worsens considerably, then call a doctor.
