We are under unusual stress with loosing our foster to adopt daughter. For some reason, I have a yeast infection. I don't get them often, but its common for me to get one after taking antibiotics. I have not been on any medication and can not think of any logical reason for this bout.

Well, yeast infections generally result from an imbalance of bacteria, and/or a lowered immune system. Stress can definitely lower your immune system, which leads to more susceptibility to yeast infections. And when you're under a lot of stress, you tend not to take good care of yourself, so lack of sleep, unbalanced diet, change in hygiene habits can all make it more likely to have a yeast infection. So try to take care of yourself, as best you can, even in this difficult situation. Good luck!
