Petco in SD, Shea in New York, Dodger Stadium LA, Oakland Coliseum, RFK in Washington DC, Pro Player in Miami are pitcher's parks
The Ballpark in Arlington, Coors (though not as much last year), Great American in Cincinnati, and Citizen's Bank in Philly are hitter's parks

Pitchers hate going to Coors Field in Denver, and batters hate going to numerous stadiums. Many of which include the A's stadium, Ameriquest Field, and the Marlins' stadium. All are pitchers parks.

For pitchers Wrigley Field with the wind blowing out can be horrible. Also the Great American Ballpark in Cincy the balls have been flying out of their pretty well too.

I've heard that the Metrodome is unfriendly. As far as hitters, I've also heard that Petco in SD is a pitcher's park. Some of the stadiums aren't as fun to go to just because they're either ugly or hot.

Any right fielder will tell you that it's Yankee Stadium. The fans are usually nasty (not just verbally either) to opposition players, and the way the stands are built, the ones in RF are just about on top of the fielder.

Yankee Stadium. Opposing players (and sometimes local players too) feel intimidated by the fans.

Oakland, Seattle for hitters.
Lots of foul ground and its big.
Pitchers dont like the little parks like Arlington, Enron or the new one in Philly.
