Russia's area as a percentage of Canada's area = (17,075,200km^2/9,992,000km^2)*100%

= 170.9%

to one decimal place.

Well if u have framed the question right and ESPECIALLY THE AREA FIGURES then:

17 075 200 km² *100 /9 992 000 km²
= 170.888 %

If your numbers are right, just make a ratio and mutiply by 100%:

170.9%
