frnd is always a frnd... n u r sayin she is ur bestie....... i think she feels very glad n might be w8tin 4ur wishes.......... c wat ever may be the positon ven it comes 2 the frnd.. everythin will b 5ne in nxt sec..... tat is wat fship is.. frnd will say 4 ur goodness only na.... i think she will understan the problem n will b waitn 4 ur phone.. but at any cost don't miss 2 wish her.. this is the best time 2 regain ur frnd........

just get her a gift and turn up and say can i talk to you for awhile and say im sorry and see how it goes..if not just message her on the phone sayin sorry (name)n say happy birthday hope you have fun
but best of all turn up to the party

Send her an ecard or text message that way it gives her the option of responding. It also shields you from any angry returns.

just go to her house and tell her how sorry you are, and give her a card that you make, and see wat is her reaction.
