In January you're broke tired and cold......don't you think that they (goverment) would make a special bank holiday in the middle of January to make everyone happy.
But what would they call it?

its the month that we all start our diets,start going the gym,realise that everytime you go the shops they are bombarded with those dreaded 'sale shoppers'.

you realise how much you have blown over xmas coz you had 1 too many ha ha

A good idea for a mid month break and maybe entitle it Recovery Day since most of us are doing just that following Christmas and the New Year.

I agree with ex-pat about the name.

And I agree with nutsy about having the least holidays! Have you seen the amount of holidays they have in Ghana?! They have all the usual ones then they have ones off for every religious holiday of every religion and more! My colleague is from there that's how I know that btw!
