I want to act out childbirth and i want it to include my waters breaking can you tell me everything you can about acting out childbirth. the reason for this is i want to pretend i am having a baby to put it on youtube

But anyway, probably the best way would be to hold a water-filled balloon between your legs and squeeze it to pop it.

But I will give help none the les... for how to make them look hot and pregnant...you have to run around for a minute or get hot like on a hot summer's day. Then pour a littel watrer on you that looks like sweat. FINALly to show pain, scream your head off like you are in the worst pain of your life. Like something is tearing you in two.
