Yes! Primates do. Monkeys and apes behave in similar ways to humans. Otters cuddle and kiss! I have African Dwarf Frogs and they cuddle often and for a long time. (They are not mating in that position and dont move).
My Cats cuddle up to my German Shepherd too! All our cats have cuddled up to the dogs we've had. Is it affection? I think so as they dont need protection or warmth when they do and the cats rarely cuddle each other.

Go look at a video of the elephant family, they cuddle a lot, and so do lions, dogs, cats, I think most mammals do cuddle---think monkeys.

I think some mammals do - I know my cats used to cuddle up to each other! I think it is more of a comfort thing, than real affection though.

My cats are always cuddling each other. When they sleep they have their arms around each other or lie their heads on each other. They are very affectionate and most aren't related.

A 10 year old cat of mine recently was dying of cancer and and a 9 month old kitten of no relation came over and rubbed her head with his head and another 10 month old cat of no relation lie down beside her and started cleaning her face and ears. I thought that was so sweet. Then they both laid down and snuggled with her.

my dogs cuddle each other and i've seen horses resting their heads on other horses.

lots of smaller animals huddle together which i think is to conserve heat, that is like cuddling but prob not so much for affection.
