Well, I ask you, doesn't it seem that merely asking the question of whether I can answer your question implies that I can, in fact, answer the question? To answer your question with a question, i might question whether you think you can ask a question which will be answered by me? Then again, the mere fact that I questioned whether you could ask a question that i would answer implies that you could not ask that question, which you did. Likewise the mere fact that I am answering the question as to whether i can answer the question you asked should prove that I can answer the aforementioned question. The real question is, do you question my answer?

For every question, there is an answer. Sometimes it comes in a flash, sometimes it takes longer. Sometimes its cloaked and may even hide behind another question, but no matter what it is...an answer you will get.

Caviat emptor: Know the question. Know the answer. Else the answer might led you wrong.

There are no questions which have no answers. More to the point, it isn't what you know, rather do you know where to go to get the right answer.

Next question.

What make you think we want to answer your question ?
Hello, you had a choice to ask and we had a choice to answer.
There is always two side to a coin, you chose others and others chose you as well.

In general, I can't.

I'm so ashamed.

Have you never heard of the quote 'There are no stupid questions only stupid people asking those questions?' This defiantly fits into that category.
