basically i don't want to delee it but i just want to hide them. I just want only one recycle bin , i don't want to see recycled on each drive.Can i hide it ?Why i am telling this thing because other PC are not showing these details on each drive seperately. Only , my PC showing this. So,probably there should be some mecanism to hide it ?

You shouldn't remove them, but you can arrange it so that they are hidden from view. Open a folder, go to Tools/Folder Options/View/Hidden Files and Folders/do not show hidden files and folders

Do NOT do that! Those are system folders. While your machine could probably run without the Recycled folder, the SVI folder is a critical system folder and you won't run without it.
