Is it because they are always learning from mistakes, laws changing and new medications? I think so. How about you?

In their profession there is usually no one 'correct answer' so what they do is advice which usually gets better over time. So practice makes perfect !

Practice-

3. To give lessons or repeated instructions to; drill: practiced the students in handwriting.

That's an excellent theory...I hope it not because they are practicing on us, like practice makes perfect!!! Ooops, I made a mistake, keep practicing!!!

Yes, I never thought of it like that before. They must be practicing to get better at whatever it is they are supposed to be doing. Scary thought.

I think is because they are never 100% sure that it is a success
