I am an administrator for a marketing company, also working in accounts. I need to provide details of any area(s) in which I think I could improve/develop.
Problem is I seem to have gone as far as I can in my job and I am thinking of leaving the company. I suppose it doesn't really matter, but I would like to leave a good impression and have a good reference. Any ideas?

This a review for a job I have had for 5 years. I am not a manager and it is a small company of 10.

Reviews are always difficult, in a nutshell you have to say where you think you are "underperforming" when you may justifyably think you are not, and the reviewer, who may have to work with you, has to tell you what you are doing wrong.

If you really feel that you have developed as far as possible within your current responsibilities then say so, ask if there are other areas into which you could move (unless you know categorically there are not).

If as a result you find there is no further progression for you then it is probably time to move on and develope elsewhere.

The first thing that you need to do is look at all the tasks that need to be done, who does them and what skill sets the individuals have.

Next, set benchmarks for the tasks, goals for the employees and define the skill sets required to perform the jobs in case the new Administrator has to do retention and recruitment functions.

The internet is a wonderful tool to research these three things.

Big yourself up and ask if there are any other jobs in the company you can do, its silly to leave as there could be other options for you.

Be honest. I always tell prospective employers that I have all the vices, I drink beer, smoke dope, and chase women
