I wish you had answerd Wolf's questions, they were good. It's almost certainly not spider bites however (such bites are usually superficial Staph infections and either way, more than 2-3 leisions is very rare; and FYI bedbugs - scabies - usually bite in the webbing between your fingers and the lining around your pants/tight clothes).

I checked your other questions for more information, I'm going to assume the right-upper quadrent pain is also a part of your constillation of symptoms. And yes, you need to visit the doctor.

But you asked "Why does my back [and] stomach hurt?" and "Why do I feel like I have to throw up?"

Regarding the pain, there are many things this can be. Back and stomach pain assoicated with nausia (especially if you feel the pain near your groin) is most commonly a kidney stone. Have you noticed any change in the color of your urine? If someone taps you on the sides of your lower back, would it really hurt? Those signs make it more likely to be a kidney stone.

Does the pain get worse when you eat? That means something in your digestive system may be out-of-wack. Look at your eyes, are they a touch yellow? If so think liver disease (with sudden onset, Hep A is a likely culpret), or gall blatter stones (especially if you're a heavier, menstrating woman). But it could be so many things. If it's sharp pain, front and back, definately associated with eating, then you've got to wonder about your pancreas (especially if you've noticed a change in your stools).

The problem is those reddish bumps. If you press on them, do they turn white before turning red again? Or do they stay red the whole time? If they stay red, go go go to the Emergency Room. Do they itch?

Finally, common things are common, depending on her age and menstral status, woman complaining of sever abdominal pain, with some back pain, and nausia is pregnant as often as 1 time in 10. Are sexually active (yes means preg is more likely)? Do your periods typically hurt (yes means preg is less likely)? Have you ever felt yourself ovulate before (yes means preg is less likely)?

Your nausia can be a side effect of most of the things I listed above, that symptom doesn't help much specify what is going wrong.

You used five exclamation points when asking for help, so I assume your pain is somewhat urgent. Please call a doc.

weird.. a little more info would help. where are the redish bumps?
where do you live?

are you getting bit when you sleep? or awake?

only thing i can come up with the information givin is spider bites. some spiders are a little poisonous (or alot) . this could be causing you to feel sick

ok so your getting bit while asleep so my idea of Spider bites is still valid..

go see a doc. emergency room visit may be in order. Im not sure what area you live in but if your living in a state that has posionous spiders.. you may want to look into this asap

call your doctor
you have been having weird symtoms for 2 days now, and they seem to be getting worse, could be your appendix or something, which if bursts, will be fatal
do not hesitate any longer
please
