If you are already legally married, it would seem that it doesn't matter who leads the renewal vows. If not legally married then yes it makes a difference.

The Renewal of Vows is also known as a Re-Affirmation Ceremony. There may be a considerable history to the relationship by the time a renewal of vows is decided upon. There may be even children of the partnership.
In crafting such a ceremony it can be very important to reflect the journey that the couple have been on since they met and committed to one another. You can also include your hopes for the future as a couple or as a family.
In making their vows some couples choose to re affirm their original vows. Others decide to re write their vows in celebration of who they are as a couple at present, and who they wish to be in the future.
A Renewal of Vows or Re-Affirmation Ceremony can also include a commemorative certificate. This can be signed by two witnesses at the event. Unlike legal marriage, people of any age even children could be the signatories at this ceremony.
A Renewal of Vows ceremony can be formatted similarly to a wedding ceremony or can have a unique structure as chosen by the couple.
You may wish to renew your vows as a celebration of the evolution of your relationship, or as a ceremony for people who were unable to attend your wedding. Whatever the reason, vow renewal ceremonies are a marvelous way to deepen your commitment to one another.

i think of it incredibly is astonishing what you're making plans! My husband and that i've got been married for virtually 12 years, and on our 10th anniversary we renewed our vows at a pleasing park close to us. our superb friends renewed their vows that day as nicely. We wrote our very own vows, my friends husband and myself each examine a bible scripture and it became VERY intimate. I basically invited my siblings and fogeys and grandparents. We wore excessive high quality Sunday clothing, did our hair all noticeably, and that i used my unique boquet from as quickly as we've been married only fancied it up greater, and he or she used a boquet that I had from a marriage i became in some years in the past. Afterwards we had a bbq interior the park and it became an incredible day. it is all in what the guy man or woman needs, besides the shown fact that it is going to not circulate overboard. it is not meant to be a 2nd wedding ceremony basically a recommitment to the vows you took. Congrats and that i'm hoping you have a astonishing day!!
