Elsie would be great traditional name and is ripe for revival.
I know you didn't want any websites, but there is an article here about why traditional names are being revived which you may find interesting. It also lists more names which are becoming popular once again.
There is what is called the 100-year-rule for reviving names.
If you wanted to go very Anglo-Saxon traditional, how about Sexburga? (I am joking - but it's a real and very traditional name!)

Think royal names Elizabeth, Anne, Mary, Margaret and floral names like Rose, Lilly but also Emily, Emma, Jane, Annabel, Victoria, Jessica, Josephine, Euphemia, Bethany, Beatrice. Personally I had picked Madeleine as my name for my last wee one but had a boy so as he was my last I will never get to use it x

There are many traditional girls names. One I always wanted to call any daughters I may have is Hannah Elizabeth.
Other traditional names could be: Ann(e), Rose, Faith (sorry I can't think of more). Just be careful of your surname, I honestly know someone with the surname Curten who called their daughter Annette.
