Do you mean are they filmed there? There are studios all over the place. New York, Los Angeles, even in Texas. They may end up being produced in Hollywood though.

Oh no, thankfully there are independent films, documentaries and plenty of foreign films tha do not come from Hollywood.

No not all movies are from there. There are a lot of foreign films as well.
