No, it is legal as long as it is not in the restrooms. They have the right to protect their products and their property. I work in a factory that makes food grade products and we are watched at all times on theproduction floor by cameras. Dont do anything wrong and it shouldnt bother you.

I have been told it is legal as long as it does not pick up conversations. That would be an illegal wiretap.
But with the Anti-Constitution current administration, who knows what is considered legal anymore? They make up the rules as they go.
