How to use Myspace?

I've just created a Myspace account and i've looked through some of my friends Myspace pages aswell - they have all the different backgrounds and music and everything on their page how do i put these sorts of things on mine aswell i'm so confused on how to use this and i've even had bebo and piczo sites before but this is so different please help thanks.

You just do a search for "free myspace background codes", or "free myspace myspace picture codes", "toy codes", ect...

Once you find a background or whatever else you like, you can copy the code and paste it into one of the text boxes on your "About me" page. After you save it, you can view your page and everything will appear. You can change where you want to put things on your page by cutting and pasting in the different text boxes (depending on what layout you select, it will appear in different spots on your page).

For music, simply do a search for whatever band or artist you want, and they will have a selection of songs that you can add to your page from there. Unfortunately, not every song out there is available (at least I don't know how to get any that aren't listed on these sites)...but you might try a search for "free myspace music codes" and see what comes up.

It's confusing at first, but kind of fun when you get used to it. Hope I helped! : )

Find sites where you can 'pimp' your page... do a google search, there are loads... search under myspace backgrounds, myspace graphics, etc...
You find a background/layout you like, and it gives you a HTML code, which you copy & paste into the 'about me' section. You can then keep adding more HTML into the 'about me' section... like quizzes, etc.
Music, you find a band's page on myspace, and click on 'add', on the music player, and it puts it on your page. Good luck!!

when u hav a look at ur friends myspace they should have a logo at the top left hand corner of their page. This should say somethin like mysapce backgrounds 4 example. click on this. another page should open up. go bak on ur friends page and go 2 urs age. then click on the other page so tht u can design ur myspace.

If you go to the help pages, you will find everything you need and you can look at it and do it at your own speed. Theres quite alot of info to go through just here so have a look through the help pages. Start off just by adding a picture or something, you'll soon get the hang of it, trust me.

check out www.pimp-my-profile.com for backgrounds, then paste the code into your profile page. to add music search for music on myspace and when you've found the song you want on your page just click on the add link next to the tune and it will automatically get added to your page.

facebook and Myspace have no longer something to do with saftey. as long as you're clever and don't provide out own suggestions to human beings on the two one then they are the two only as secure. p.s. I say MYSPACE.

I think to put music on there you have to have a musicians account and own the rights to the music..you upload to it (onless musicians give you permission to use it on your site (on theirs)
