Try Macy's, since it's only a few months until prom, all of their dresses are on sale. Last year, I bought a pretty dress there for only $50!

nordstroms is pretty good.. i got my dress there for semi formal and it was only like $65.. its not bad at al...( u have to shop in the juniors department obviously)
