My bet is that
The vampire is the only one that doesn't lay eggs and is not venemous.

However, the octopus is the only one with more than one heart.

The odd one out is the vampire bat because the platypus and octopus both have a Cephalopod also know as a head foot. The male platypus has a head foot which is venomous to humans.

Bonus: The octopus has 8 arms.
