File a written complaint with your state department of labor and your state's attorney general's office. Make sure you mention he does cash work "under the table" because you don't mess with the IRS. That'll get their attention.

report him to your state Dept of Industry, Labor and Human Relations. You could tell them you just started three weeks ago, since he has no proof he has paid you otherwise. Write the dates you worked and for how many hours. They will do the rest. Maybe it will wake your employer up.

Look for Federal Wage and Hour listings, this is the agency that governs this activity. My old boss wouldn't pay me when I left a job and I quickly got a phone call from him "so you called wage and hour huh?" and suddenly my paycheck found its way to me!

You can slash his tires and key the hell out of his best ride. It really won't benifit you any, but it might make you feel better. Seduce his adult daughter, or even better, his wife. Take his dog for ransom. Spread a gay rumor about him or that he has VD.

document a criticism with the Colorado Dept of hard artwork. it somewhat is not significant how little the quantity is. they'll ask the corporation for verification on what they paid you and except they could teach it. Its very no longer common for them to teach it and not common to conquer the state. have confidence me, your corporation does not want to combat the dept of hard artwork i grew to become into paid as low as $one hundred forty from any previous job (i filed for it 3 months after my final day and grew to become into paid all I asked for).
