In men orgasm occurs simultaneously with ejaculation and it is the good feeling of contractions that coincides with the ejaculation of seminal fluid (semen) which contains the sperm.
In women it is a bit more complicated but generally the same muscles (kegels) are used in the contractions of the orgasm.
Most women experience clitoral orgasms more easily and frequently than they do vaginal ones, but many have both fairly
often. Some omen produce more wetness than others during stimulation and at orgasm, but this reduces with age a bit. Not the feeling but the wetness. A small %age of women even ejaculate (during orgasm) a clear milky fluid. That is relatively rare tho.
Hope this helps you.
