If you wish to make your webpages then you can try some webtemplates available fo free on the internet such as the flash templates and other simple templates otherwise you can use java scripts to bring in a lot of features to your pages!!!

(In the templates you need to modify the pages as per your requirements and you get great looking personlised webpages!)
