I know this sounds harsh, but just get over it. She's happy. You should be happy for her.

No doubt you find it awkward and embarrasing.
But think this. You love your mom and surely you want her to be happy. Uptill now she has been a good mother and other than that she is. It would maybe have been better that she talked it over with you before, but perhaps you showed enough maturity thru the divorce, and after that. She thought you of all people, her own daughter would understand.
I guess its best to tell her, that you feel confused, embarrassed and talk it out with her.
She has a right to be happy does she not? I am sure you love her, and will work it out.

Well you get one of two options...sit down and tell your mom exactly how you feel, hopefully she will consider your feelings and explain things to you. If not, you could move in with your dad or if your old enough move out on your own.
Also realize that your mothers life is her own, it is NOT a reflection on you, unless you make it about you

How about you stop judging and start to love your mother again. Who's more important to you---the person who gave you life and nurtured you, or some friends you met along the road of life?

You have to respect your mother's wishes and lifestyle. Talk to your mother and tell her why and how this is bothering you. If it is too much, consider moving in with your dad.

Anyway, I wish you the best of luck, try to be more easygoing.

I can bet she'll have a change of heart if only I meet her for a chat, 1-on-1. If you could could arrange that, it'll be spledidly okay to help her out. Cheers!
