Well to delete the history of all the pages you have visited click "tools" then "internet option" and the "general page" will show up, on that page it'll say "clear history" .. click that then ok. job done.

click on internet explorer - then "tools" then "internet options" and delete cookies, delete files and then clear history. These are all your temporary internet files.
