I live in Ohio, and it has been so warm. Right now its 52 degrees, and I was just outside and noticed that my spring flowers are coming up! Is it like this in Canada also?? What effect do you think that this will have on our spring?

I live in Connecticut, it's around 8:15 in the morning and it's already 50 degrees here.

This time last year we already had a couple of snow storms.

With our luck this weather means it will probably be snowing in July... :)

I have been wondering about this myself! I live in Michigan, I see someone else from Mi posted as well, and it is so unusual to have this weather this time of year! I can't figure out why there isn't more media on this! Are they afraid to talk about it? I mean it's January and it's in the 40's and 50's. January is suppose to be our coldest month. Where is the snow? I don't particularily like the snow, but come on. We have had none! I would just think that with all this unusual weather there would be more media on what the hell is going on??????? Instead of not talking about it, and pretending nothing is wrong why don't they address the issue already, by the time they do it will be too late! I am interested in seeing the documentary that Al Gore has made on Global Warming, has anyone seen it yet?

poodiebear, I'm probably the person from MI your talking about. I left the house this morning with it was 50 degrees as the temps rose overnight, even with the heavy rain. Also, we had a severe weather threat on New Years Eve and a record high of 54 just before midnight.

It's an El Nina winter. Meaning more rain and higherer than & lower than temps through the country. Get ready for a wet summer too. Hope this helped you.

Global warming! Yea, that's it. It's called Mother Nature and since the beginning of time it's been unpredictable.
