What is your case?

Slander can be sued with evidence and a laywer if thats what you mean. You may not get the case if the slander is small scale.

There are indeed solicitors who specialise in this, however because of the nature of it some of them are very picky in who they represent.

If you're looking to go high profile then there was one lot who took on the case in the source are quite famous for pretty much never losing... however they only pick certain cases.

Go to your state statutes and read what defines slander according to your state laws and go from there.

Go and see a solicitor; but remember you have to be able to proove what is being said, by whom and also provve that what they are saying is false.
