Depending on the type of the guitar, will depend on what the notes for each string is.
6 string guitar (standard): The the notes are (from thickest string to thinest string) E (a minor thirteenth below middle C), A (a minor tenth below middle C), D (a minor seventh below middle C), G (a perfect fourth below middle C), B (a minor second below middle C) and E' (a major third above middle C)
4 string guitar (tenor): depending on the key it is to be played in, can be CGDA, DGBE or GDAE (the notes of the 4 strings from thickest to thinest.
7 string guitar: Tuned the same as the standard, except the thickest string is tuned to c or b (depending on desired sound) and the second thickest to thinest being the EADGBE (of the standard)
There are also 8, 10 and 12 string guitars which are tuned to add other bass/tenor notes to desired sound and can vary according to the musician.
The standard guitar can play 3 octaves, including all of the semitones (flats and sharps) of the keyboard, starting the E below an octave lower than middle C to the E an octave and a bit above middle C.
I hope all that makes sense????
Otherwise:
Go to my link - it has a chart with all the notes for each string at each fret (it's too hard to copy here)

The same notes as there are on any instrument. They are the notes that are able to be drawn in musical notation.
Do a search on how to read music and you are bound to find all the notes drawn out for you.

Probably at a Hallmark store near you, but I don't recall ever seeing anything for guitars! If you can't read music, you'll either have to take lessons or find an instructional book that explains musical transcription.
